Job Description

Contract Designer, Brand Partnerships (Contract | Hybrid - Broomfield, CO) Our client in the global footwear & lifestyle space is seeking a Contract Designer, Brand Partnerships to support their Global Design & Trend team. ? Hybrid (3-4 days onsite in Broomfield, CO) ? 40 hrs/week | Contract role (3-6 months, potential extension) This is a highly conceptual, culture-driven design role focused on collaborations, collectibles, and brand partnerships —not traditional product design. We're looking for a designer who can turn licensed IP and collaboration concepts into objects of desire through strong storytelling, concept visualization, and early-stage product thinking.
YOU WILL
Design collectible-driven concepts across footwear, accessories, and collaboration products Translate cultural insights and partner brands into compelling design directions Create concept visuals, mood boards, and illustrative storytelling systems Think in "drops," exclusives, and long-term desirability Collaborate across Design, Product, Marketing & Licensing teams Present concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders Bring 2D + 3D thinking into early-stage ideation
YOU HAVE
5+ years of design experience (brand, product, or collaboration-focused work) Strong concepting and visual storytelling ability Experience with licensed or culturally driven projects (preferred) Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Illustrator, Photoshop) Exposure to 3D/CAD tools (a plus) Strong instinct for culture, trends, and desirability-driven design This role sits at the intersection of culture, collectibles, and product storytelling , helping define how collaborations come to life.
