Role includes product design, product development, and packaging. Hybrid schedule with WFH Fridays. What You'll Do
Design slippers for fashion, licensed, and private label brands
Support product development from concept through production
Translate trends and character guides into commercial product
Create packaging for retail
Build CADs, Illustrator artwork, and tech packs
Work with overseas factories on development and production
Manage multiple projects across brands What You Bring
3-7+ years in footwear, slippers, or related categories
Experience with fashion and licensed product
Packaging design experience
Strong Illustrator and CAD skills
Experience working with overseas factories
Ability to manage multiple projects, brands and deadlines Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning multiple projects from concept through production.
Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Drawing and the ability to translate concepts into detailed designs Skills in Product Design and Industrial Design, with a focus on creativity and innovation in footwear Experience in creating Mood Boards for visual inspiration and cohesive design direction Proficiency in Product Development processes, from concept to final production Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams Knowledge of footwear trends, materials, and production techniques Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
