The Purpose:
We're seeking a full-stack product designer interested in unlocking the equity in a beloved brand to create a deeply compelling social commerce experience for a mass consumer market. This role works nose-to-tail, balancing data-driven hypotheses with strong intuition and behavioral design approaches. What You'll Do:
Partner with product managers and engineers to transform requirements into engaging product experiences Create flows, mockups, and prototypes Collaborate with other designers to evolve our brand assets and build out our design system Share early and often, gather feedback, and iterate Move with passion and urgency to challenge assumptions, drive alignment, and solve problems Embrace the opportunity to own decisions, build community, and grow as a designer
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience as a product designer working on a cross-functional team regularly releasing product features Passion for engaging design solutions that utilize game mechanics and emotional design techniques Systems thinker, who embraces patterns and thinks end-to-end Experience with design systems and inclusive design practices Bias towards action, with the ability to move with urgency and focus Love of crafting simple solutions to challenging problems Team player who believes that the sum is greater than the parts
LOCATION
San Mateo, CA Hybrid schedule visiting our San Mateo, CA office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).

The expected base pay for this role is between $108,000 - $153,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Exact compensation will be discussed during the interview process and tailored to the candidate's qualifications.
