The Opportunity We are seeking a Product Designer who can serve in UX Design and Analyst capacities within our small Product Design team, helping to evolve our proprietary internal and client facing applications according to various stakeholders' requests. This role requires collaboration with multiple departments to deliver high-quality software that meets both user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning design work, has a strong foundation in front-end design principles, and thrives in a collaborative, iterative product environment.
You Will:
Own the design of features and enhancements across desktop, web, and mobile applications. Create mockups, prototypes, and user flows of proposed solutions and communicate them effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Maintain and evolve our design system, improving consistency and design efficiency. Provide constructive design feedback through reviews and cross-functional critique. Participate in user testing and use data analysis to validate design decisions. Document design decisions, patterns, and processes to support long-term product consistency and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring:
A proactive, curious mindset with a strong ability to seek out solutions independently and utilize available resources effectively. Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and consideration for downstream impacts. Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, working independently when necessary. Proficiency in Figma and building design systems. Experience with collaboration and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Asana. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with SQL/SSMS and a basic understanding of database structures and data retrieval is advantageous.
Education and Experience :
Minimum 6 years in a product role. Multiple roles within a product team is preferred. Participation in the design and development of a whole application or major feature from start to finish. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field. Why OneBridge Benefits?
