Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring strong design expertise, technical proficiency, and exceptional organizational skills to support production needs across our mahjong line and other product categories.

Key Requirements:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (required) Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required) Knowledge of Adobe Dynamic Media Classic (preferred) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) (preferred)

Experience & Education:

Extensive experience in production design Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or equivalent experience Portfolio demonstrating production design expertise

Core Competencies:

Excellent organizational and project management skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work under tight deadlines Collaborative team player with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

Create and execute design concepts for mahjong sets and other production materials Collaborate with cross functional teams throughout the production process Correspond with overseas factories and vendors Follow up on production deadlines and ensure timely delivery Track and manage sample requests and approvals Maintain organized project files and design assets Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines
