The Advance Driver Assistance Technology (ADAS) team develops state-of-the-art software and algorithms to deliver best-in-class features like adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind spot monitoring, and 360 camera systems. ADAS also developed Ford's industry-first Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, securing over 60 patents in the process. The team is responsible for the full end-to-end delivery of these features into production on all Ford vehicle lines. Digital Product Design (DPD) at Ford is committed to envisioning and creating simple, thoughtful, enjoyable, and compelling product experiences that our customers need and love. We work in close partnership with product and engineering to deliver best-in-class interactions experiences that meet the needs of people today, and in the future. Our team is comprised of a dynamic group of product designers, researchers, visual designers, industrial designers, modelers, and project managers.

- We are looking for an exceptionally gifted UI/UX professional who is obsessed with exploring and advancing the latest interactive design trends with a focus on in-vehicle experiences. In this role, you must be able to envision the big picture while also rolling up your sleeves to perfect the smallest project details.
- What you'll do...
- The ideal candidate will work under experienced ADAS and DI (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems and Driver Information) leadership within Digital Product Design by: + Leading the design of features and improvements of our products ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.

- + Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience + 5+ years of experience in UX/UI product design + High performing prototyping abilities (e.g. Figma, Protopie or similar) +
- Exceptional visual design skills
- + •Portfolio outlining your design process and visual craft is required•Even better, you may have.
