Continuously develops skills, explores trends, and seeks feedback to improve craft Skill Level Requirements Advanced ability to design and produce data-driven infographics that translate complex information into clear, visually compelling narratives Advanced experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations that balance brand expression with clarity and storytelling Advanced ability to interpret and visualize data sets accurately, selecting appropriate chart types and frameworks Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint for production-ready design Intermediate ability to build and maintain slide templates, infographic toolkits, and reusable asset libraries for non-designer use Intermediate experience creating print and digital design materials aligned with brand systems and guidelines Intermediate experience developing and scaling design systems, toolkits, and templated assets Intermediate ability to manage multiple design projects across varying deadlines and stakeholders Other Requirements Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 2-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an in-house or agency environment Strong portfolio demonstrating infographic design, data visualization, and presentation design Detail-oriented with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Receptive to feedback and able to navigate revision cycles efficiently Collaborative team player with strong communication skills and experience working with marketing and project management teams Preferred Experience with Figma or other digital design tools Familiarity with interactive content platforms Motion graphics or basic animation skills Experience designing data-heavy content such as reporting, analytics, or financial communications Experience using Canva #LI-DM7 The estimated annual pay range for this position is $75,000- $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
