What You Will Be Doing The Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) Team is an established focal point for all issues regarding obsolescence on the F-22 Program. As systems engineers, the members of this team receive an extraordinary level of visibility as well as exposure to programmatic execution while acting as integrators across a wide range of disciplines both internal and external to the F-22 Engineering & Technology organization. The DMS team is a critical nexus for F-22 Sustainment and Capability Development, proven by years of successfully mitigating industry threats. The candidate will perform DMS Management duties which incorporate the analysis of Bill of Material (BOM), and inventory management data, to identify potential impacts to the F-22 Program. The candidate will review and disposition DMS Supplier SDRLs. The candidate will use this data to develop a DMS business case to help identify the most cost affordable mitigation for a DMS event. These tasks will require the candidate to support proposal development efforts which include reviewing, interpreting, and writing proposals, SSOWs, and BOEs. Expectations include building and maintaining routine relationships with F-22 Engineering leadership, system/subsystem engineering teams, Supply Chain, Business Management, Program Management, and all associate parties involved in DMS for the F-22 program.What's In It For You:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or higher education, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Components Engineering, related fields considered. Experience handling multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.Desired Skills:
Analytical problem-solving skillset. Engineering Experience in the Aerospace Industry. Experience using Microsoft Office tools emphasizing Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience working in environment where the employee will be managing multiple parallel tasks. Experience with leading, coordinating, and collaborating with various disciplines towards a common goal. Experience in reviewing, interpreting, and writing proposals, SSOWs, and BOEs. Experience with written, verbal, and presentation communications skills, including briefing to members of upper management, customers, and stakeholders. Experience in Systems Engineering disciplines with understanding of the total lifecycle (architecture, requirements, design, analysis, integration, verification, production and sustainment) including the following key competencies: Supplier Interface, Proposal Analysis, Risk and Opportunity Assessment. Experience in Electrical Engineering or Components Engineering with emphasis upon Mission Systems Integration, or related experience. Experience working with Suppliers and/or Supply Chain engagement. Knowledge of overall F-16 air system, design, and processes. Knowledge of F-16 development and sustainment operations. Experience leading/supporting Software Development Projects. Industry Experience with Relational Databases, MS Access, and/or Oracle. Experience with Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and efforts, or willingness to take training and take over those responsibilities.Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
