This onsite, engineering-facing role is responsible for configuring, administering, and enabling effective use of Creo across the organization while driving CAD standards, best practices, and providing direct user mentoring. The ideal candidate brings deep, hands‑on experience using PTC Creo as a primary mechanical design tool, along with strong functional experience using Windchill PLM as an engineering user. Non-local candidates must be open to relocation (relocation assistance available).
Note:
Employer will not sponsor visas for position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. What You'll Do

  • Serve as the escalation point for advanced Creo usage questions
  • Mentor and coach engineers on efficient, standards‑compliant Creo workflows
  • Apply functional Windchill knowledge to support proper CAD data management, revisions, and release readiness
  • Develop job aids, standard work, and lightweight training materials
  • Partner with Engineering Systems, PLM, and cross‑functional teams to improve design efficiency and CAD data quality What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required; Mechanical Engineering preferred
  • 8+ years of hands‑on experience using PTC Creo in a mechanical engineering environment
  • Advanced Creo expertise (complex modeling, large assemblies, drawings, performance optimization)
  • Product development experience using Creo from concept through engineering release
  • Functional experience using Windchill PLM as an engineering user
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience working in distributed, cross‑functional engineering environments Important Note This role requires advanced hands‑on mechanical CAD expertise in PTC Creo.
