As a Senior Innovation Engineer on the Front-End Innovation team, you will identify real user problems and translate them into breakthrough product concepts that define our future portfolio. You will operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, supporting projects from early discovery through concept development, validation, and handoff. • Y•ou•wi•ll define•our next generation of tools•and solutions•by•:•+ Buildingand iteratingprototypes, leveraging 3D modeling, simulation, and rapid prototyping tools + Generatingand refiningconcepts inambiguous problem spacesusing structured ideation andgoodengineering judgment + Participatingin and translatingfield researchintouser feedback,observations, and actionable insights + Performingengineering analysis to evaluate feasibility, performance, risk, and design tradeoffs + Driving collaborationwithproductmarketing, design research, industrial design,NPD/ADVengineering, and project leadershipto push the boundaries ofinnovation + Communicatingclearly to stakeholders, including design intent, tradeoffs, progress, and recommendations + Definingandevaluatingcritical user benefits, business fit,andtechnicalfeasibility •What•TOOLS•You Bring•+ Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics,Mechatronics,orrelated field + 5+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or concept engineering, with demonstrated ability to deliver innovative solutions.
