14 West, a leader in manufacturing of custom displays and exhibits, has an opening for a Creative Concept Designer. You will develop concepts for manufactured products by blending art, business, and engineering principles to create functional, aesthetic, and commercially viable goods. A passion for multi-media designs and ownership of product lifecycles is essential. Key Responsibilities Lead the design process from concept through production for exhibits, retail displays, and custom packaging solutions Create and develop brand identity elements , including promotional graphics, event logos, and marketing materials Produce manufacturing drawings, routings, and bills of materials (BOMs) to support production Develop sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes to visualize and refine design concepts Ensure all product specifications, drawings, and instructions align with client expectations and production requirements Estimate time and material costs (COGS) to support project planning and profitability Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient, value-driven solutions Provide technical support to sales teams and assist with client-facing presentations Support client, sales, and marketing presentations , including materials for new business development Contribute to marketing strategy, execution, and brand development , including website updates Maintain and manage project priorities and timelines effectively Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency Apply knowledge of corrugate materials and packaging design in solution development Requirements & Qualifications Educational background in Mechanical Engineering principles with knowledge of Industrial Design Proficiency in SolidWorks (or equivalent) with the ability to create high-quality renderings Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proactive, self-motivated , and driven to lead improvement initiatives Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor Experience or familiarity with corrugate materials/packaging is a plus We offer an exciting and creative work environment full of variety!
