We are looking for an•
EXPERIENCED
•Kitchen and Bath Designer/Sales professional to join our team. We need a creative, enthusiastic, organized, friendly person that enjoys transforming clients' visions into stunning realities. We offer an excellent compensation package for an experienced person. Salary + commissions range from $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually + benefits K&W Interiors has the largest and most innovative showroom in the state. We offer complete remodeling services to our clients and have been voted one of the "Top 500 Remodelers" in the nation by Qualified Remodeler Magazine annually.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their remodeling needs and provide tailored design solutions for kitchens and bathrooms. Utilize CAD and SketchUp software to create detailed layout designs that highlight optimal space utilization and aesthetic appeal Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing, including negotiation of pricing and terms to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with clients and our remodeling superintendent on renovation plans. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and project specifications.
Skills:
Proven experience in sales within the renovation or retail industry. Proficiency in software to develop compelling layout plans. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships. Knowledge of remodeling, construction processes and interior design principles Organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate transactions.
