Interior Design & Workplace Planning Coordinator

Overview Oficino Uno is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Design & Workplace Planning Coordinator to support commercial office design and furniture projects. Based on the company's focus on workspace solutions, office interiors, project management, and furniture planning, this role will help coordinate office layouts, client consultations, and project execution from concept to installation. Responsibilities Assist with office space planning, furniture layouts, and workplace design concepts Coordinate with clients, vendors, installers, and project managers throughout project execution Support selection of office furniture, finishes, fabrics, and workspace solutions Prepare project documentation, presentations, and design specifications Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and installation schedules Communicate with customers regarding project updates and requirements Help maintain accurate records of orders, layouts, and design revisions Support showroom coordination and client consultations when needed Requirements Previous experience in interior design, office furniture, project coordination, or related field preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of workspace planning and office interiors Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design-related software is a plus Attention to detail and customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, CET Designer, or similar tools Familiarity with commercial furniture and workplace solutions Knowledge of project management and installation coordination Background in architecture, interior design, or commercial interiors Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Pay & Benefits Competitive pay: $24 - $42 per hour (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and creative work environment Exposure to commercial interior and workplace design projects Why Join Oficino Uno?
