We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design, experience in construction sales, and the ability to guide clients from concept to completion. This role is heavily focused on creating project designs, selecting materials, producing renderings, and helping customers visualize their projects while also selling remodeling and construction services.
Responsibilities:
Meet with homeowners to discuss project ideas, layouts, finishes, and budgets Create project designs, concepts, and professional renderings Assist customers with selecting materials, fixtures, colors, and finishes Source and coordinate materials for projects Sell remodeling and construction projects Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project Work closely with our team to ensure the customer's vision is properly executed Help customers through the full design and planning process from start to finish
Compensation:
Hourly pay + commission on jobs sold/worked on Strong earning potential for motivated candidates
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in construction sales, remodeling sales, interior design, or drafting Experience creating renderings and project visualizations Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends Existing customer base or lead generation experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Understanding of residential remodeling and construction processes
Pay:
$69,170.09 - $83,301.61 per year
