Senior Kitchen and Bath Designer

We are building European design and materials platforms in Los Altos, San Francisco Bay Area. We are the authorized dealer and distributor of several premium European kitchen cabinetry brands, with a dedicated showroom at Los Altos. Currently in an exciting phase of team building and growth, we are creating a design-forward studio that combines exceptional product lines with personalized service. Our focus is on delivering high-end kitchen solutions tailored to the needs of discerning homeowners, architects, and designers. Role Description We are looking for a seasoned Senior Designer to join us. This pivotal role blends creative vision with technical expertise, requiring a refined design aesthetic, strong spatial planning skills, and the ability to manage both concept and execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment and is comfortable working with discerning residential and trade clients on complex, design-driven projects. This role will lead the interior furnishing direction of our multi-brand showroom and manage luxury residential projects across Silicon Valley.

Required:

3-5+ years of experience in tailored kitchen solutions that balance form, function, and client lifestyle Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and cabinetry specifications using industry-standard software Proficient in CAD / SketchUp / Revit / Adobe Suite Lead presentations and guide clients through every stage of the design process, from concept to installation Conduct site visits to ensure alignment between design intent and on-site execution Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and installers to ensure design integrity and technical feasibility Manage timelines, budgets, and expectations for both residential and trade clients Ability to work onsite in Los Altos Why Join Us Lead creative direction for a luxury multi-brand showroom Long-term career growth & leadership opportunities High-end project pipeline Competitive compensation International, design-driven environment Please submit your resume + portfolio to: wilson@openspaceinvest.org
