Job Description

Your Role We are seeking an Interiors-focused architectural designer to join our Los Angeles team. You'll combine creativity, storytelling, and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce experience driven spaces for clients. The ideal candidate has exceptional design skills, mixed-use experience, and a portfolio of innovative design concepts. What You Will Do Lead/assist a project team in developing the aesthetic design and preparing the interior design, including drawings and specifications Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents Participate in selection of furniture systems and specifications Provide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction Develop design documentation at all stages of the project from test-fit plans, finishes & materials concepts, and selection of products. Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives Participate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samples Manage client expectations, and coordinate team and consultant communications Your Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design. At least 5 years of relevant experience Computer skills should include a minimum of Revit and Adobe Programs. Ability to prioritize and manage the design of multiple projects. Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp required Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture NCIDQ preferred but not required; working toward licensure is supported and encouraged

•The base salary will be estimated between $78,000 - $95,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
