Clint Nicholas Design Clint Nicholas Design is a boutique interior design firm based in Hollywood, California, led by Clint Nicholas. Our studio specializes in high-end, large-scale residential design, with select hospitality and commercial projects. While headquartered in Los Angeles, our current projects span across Napa, Aspen, Miami, Austin, and Barbuda. We are a collaborative, creative team that values strong relationships, thoughtful design, and a supportive work environment. We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and design-savvy Project Manager to join our team. About the Role As Project Manager, you will take ownership of residential projects from initial concept through to installation. This role includes managing budgets, billing, procurement, client communications, and coordination with vendors and contractors. You'll be expected to keep projects on schedule and aligned with our high standards of quality and service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of high-end residential projects: concept, budgeting, billing, procurement, and final installation Manage project timelines, task flow, and team coordination Utilize Studio Designer for item entry, proposals, invoicing, and budget tracking Prepare and manage client proposals, purchase orders, and vendor invoices Coordinate with vendors on lead times, deliveries, and logistics Set up vendor accounts, including W9 collection and resale certificates Communicate directly with clients and vendors with professionalism and clarity Provide project updates and financial reports to principal and team Maintain sample and fabric library and assist with sourcing as needed Attend site visits, installations, and design meetings Qualifications -Required:
3+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or a related project management role Strong background in managing high-end residential projects Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) Experience with Studio Designer or similar design management software Strong knowledge of project budgeting, invoicing, and procurement Ability to manage multiple complex projects with excellent time management Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Access to reliable transportation for site visits and sample pickups Qualifications -Required:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other design/drafting software A background in interior design or architectural training Qualifications -Required:
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) Familiarity with luxury design vendors and material sourcing 3D modeling experience on any platformCompensation & Benefits:
