WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
Our Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designers work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You'll help deliver high-quality designs that meet the customer's desires and visions for their living spaces. From conception to installation, you'll coordinate responsibilities with your team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Thinking creatively, you'll prepare presentations, mood boards, and material boards to capture the client's vision and create a direction for the project. Highly attentive to detail, you'll create FF&E schedules, accurately update important documents (specification sheets, project files, design library, etc.), and clean/organize the showroom. You'll strategically source furniture, finishes, materials, art, and samples from vendors to provide quality options while staying within the client's budget. It's absolutely key that we meet all deadlines, and you'll coordinate with vendors, contractors, and fabricators to make sure products are available, check lead times, determine pricing, and more. You also get to do some designing yourself, working within CAD, InDesign, and SketchUp to produce files and renderings as requested. You'll attend client meetings, visit job sites, and assist during installations, working with your team to deliver the best results possible!

ASSISTANT KITCHEN & BATH DESIGNER REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, space planning, and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices Effective and respectful communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented mentality Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet all deadlines Innovative and creative mindset Motivation to meet goals, keep learning, and take accountability for results Bonus Qualifications 2+ years of work or internship experience in interior design Experience using Revit and/or SketchUp for renderings Aptitude for learning new technology and prompting AI Grow your career as our new Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designer!
