Interior Designer (MidSenior Level)

We're a small (but mighty!) full-service interior design studio, working on thoughtfully curated residential projects that balance beauty and function. We're growing and looking for a talented mid- to senior-level Interior Designer who's ready to take ownership, contribute creatively, and thrive in a collaborative, non-corporate environment. Your Experience & Skills • 5+ years of professional residential interior design experience Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized without constant oversight A sharp eye for materials, color, scale, and composition Confidence working independently while still being a collaborative team player Excellent communication skills—both with clients and internally A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Strong proficiency in design software preferred (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite; Studio Designer or similar) You'll Thrive Here If You… Take ownership in managing projects from concept through execution Are accurate, detail-oriented and deadline-driven Enjoy a hands-on role where no two days look the same Are self-motivated environment and don't need micromanaging Appreciate a workplace that's professional but relaxed Love creating beautiful spaces and all the details that shape them

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
