Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonus Honey Badger Brothers Construction is a growing Bay Area residential construction company specializing in remodeling, additions, and custom homes. We are looking for an outgoing, design-oriented, and highly personable individual to join our team. This role combines client relations, interior design support, showroom coordination, and business development. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting people, building relationships, helping clients make design selections, and creating an exceptional customer experience throughout the remodeling process. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and potential clients Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and referral partners Assist clients with material selections including tile, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing fixtures, paint colors, and finishes Accompany clients to showrooms and design stores Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communications Help clients visualize design concepts and finish combinations Support company branding, social media, and client experience efforts Assist with networking and outreach to architects, designers, and vendors Work closely with project managers and office staff to support project success Qualifications Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred) Outgoing, friendly, and client-focused personality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong aesthetic sense and passion for interior design Professional appearance and presentation Self-motivated and proactive mindset Comfortable networking and building professional relationships Organized and detail-oriented Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Background Interior Design Architecture Real Estate Luxury Retail / Showroom Sales Hospitality or Customer Service Experience Compensation & Benefits Base salary + commission structure Performance-based bonuses Flexible career growth opportunity Friendly and supportive team environment We value personality, communication skills, professionalism, and client experience as much as technical design knowledge.
