Job Description

Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop innovative design solutions that meet their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for managing projects from conception through execution, ensuring that all designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the client's vision. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Develop comprehensive design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selections. Utilize software such as Revit and Adobe to create detailed design presentations and specifications. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within financial constraints. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to designs. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with the best solutions. Apply knowledge of color theory and lighting sales to enhance the overall design impact. Experience Proven experience in interior design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in design software including Auto Cad, 2020, or Sketch Up Strong understanding of budgeting processes and project management principles. Familiarity with drafting techniques and contract negotiations is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
