Full-time The Project Manager role reports directly to the Principal-in-Charge. This position is full-time and on-site. Our office is located in Littleton, CO, and operating hours are Monday- Friday.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required From an accredited Architecture or Interior Design programDESIGN EXPERIENCE
7+ years minimum Interior design or architecture — residential and commercialPROJECT MANAGEMENT
3+ years formal PM Managing projects, budgets, client and vendor relationships.SOFTWARE
RevitREQUIRED
- Non-negotiable.
- Deep fluency in residential construction methods, materials, and sequencing
- Solid understanding of commercial design standards, code compliance, and tenant improvement processes
- Proven ability to manage client relationships through the full project lifecycle, including difficult conversations
- Demonstrated experience managing teams of designers and holding them accountable to timelines and quality benchmarks, and serving as a compassionate, effective leader.
- Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a clear project update and present to an executive team with equal confidence
- Organized enough to track the details across a portfolio of concurrent projects without letting anything fall
- Proficiency in project management tools, fee tracking, and scheduling software Why join us?
