Responsibilities Engage with clients through inside and outside sales to understand their kitchen renovation goals and preferences Create detailed layout designs using SketchUp, CAD, and other design software to visualize custom kitchen solutions Provide expert guidance on lighting design, cabinetry options, materials, and finishes to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality Conduct product demonstrations and upsell premium features such as lighting fixtures, countertops, and appliances Negotiate project scope, pricing, and timelines with clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and quality control Manage client accounts, follow up on inquiries, and maintain organized records of all project details and communications Assist in merchandising displays and marketing efforts to showcase new products and design trends in the showroom Skills Proven experience in interior or kitchen design with strong layout planning skills using SketchUp or CAD software Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with high-end sales experience in renovation or remodeling sectors Knowledge of construction processes, lighting design, and maintenance considerations for kitchens Multilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse client bases effectively Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas clearly and building rapport with clients Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, merchandising techniques, and product demos to enhance sales opportunities Ability to upsell premium products through persuasive customer service and product knowledge Join us if you're passionate about transforming kitchens into stunning spaces that blend functionality with style!
