Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Kitchen, Bathrooms and Closets Interior Designer to transform spaces into inspiring, functional environments that reflect our clients' visions and needs. In this role, you will harness your creativity, technical expertise, and keen eye for detail to develop compelling interior concepts. You will collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors to bring ideas to life through digital design tools, mood boards, and detailed plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape diverse residential projects while utilizing cutting-edge design software and techniques. Your passion for aesthetics combined with your technical skills will drive the creation of captivating interiors that enhance everyday experiences. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using digital design tools such as SketchUp, CAD, and 3D animation software to visualize spaces effectively. Create detailed layouts, mood boards, color schemes, and material selections that align with client preferences and project requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget constraints; present design proposals clearly and confidently. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution from concept through installation. Incorporate art direction principles into visual presentations; utilize photography, illustration, and motion graphics to enhance project storytelling. Apply knowledge of typography, graphic design, and print advertising to develop branding elements or promotional materials for interior spaces. Stay current with industry trends in digital art, fashion design, web design, and production design to infuse innovative ideas into projects. Conduct site visits for measurements and inspections; ensure designs are feasible within space constraints and technical specifications. Prepare detailed documentation including CAD drawings, layout designs, presentation boards, and technical specifications for construction teams. Qualifications Proven experience in interior design or related fields such as graphic design or visual arts; a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects is preferred. Proficiency in digital design software including SketchUp, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), Maya (for 3D animation), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), After Effects, and other relevant tools. Solid understanding of art direction principles, typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling techniques. Knowledge of web design languages such as HTML and CSS is a plus; familiarity with motion graphics and digital art enhances creative capabilities. Experience with print advertising or production design is beneficial for creating promotional materials or client presentations. Strong communication skills to articulate ideas clearly; ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Attention to detail in technical drawings and visual compositions; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines. Educational background in interior design, architecture, graphic design or related disciplines is highly desirable. Pay:
