HomeWorks Construction & Design is looking for a talented and motivated Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our team. We are seeking someone with a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through the remodeling process from concept to completion. Responsibilities Meet with clients to discuss design goals, functionality, style, and budget Create kitchen and bathroom layouts and design concepts Assist clients with selections including cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, paint colors, and finishes Prepare design presentations, estimates, and material specifications Prepare cabinet layouts, tile layouts, and/or working drawings Coordinate with project managers, installers, and vendors throughout the project Maintain strong communication and provide excellent customer service throughout the remodeling process Stay current on design trends, products, and materials Qualifications Some experience in kitchen and bathroom design Knowledge of cabinetry, space planning, and remodeling processes Proficiency in design software is a plus (2020/DesignFlex/AutoCAD) Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple projects at once Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 401K plans as well as company contributions Travel compensation or company vehicle Paid time off Opportunity for bonuses Supportive and growing team environment Exciting residential remodeling projects If you are passionate about design and enjoy helping homeowners bring their vision to life, we would love to hear from you.
