This is a consultative, project-based sales role working with homeowners, interior designers, builders, and developers on both custom residential and large-scale projects . You will be selling fully custom, design-driven cabinetry (no standard sizing or pre-set systems) with typical project values ranging from $15K to $150K+ . What You'll Be Doing Sell custom kitchens, closets, built-ins, and millwork projects Meet clients in showrooms, homes, and job sites Build relationships with: Interior designers Builders & developers Architects High-end residential clients Manage projects from consultation → design coordination → closing Develop and maintain a pipeline of high-value projects Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and production teams Ensure a high-end, detail-driven client experience What We're Looking For (Required) 2+ years of experience in: Custom cabinetry sales Millwork sales Interior or construction-related sales Experience selling custom, design-driven products

Bilingual:

English & Spanish (required) Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Comfortable working in a field-based, client-facing role Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience (Strong Plus) Experience with: Mozaik AutoCAD SketchUp Background working with: Interior designers Builders or developers Experience managing larger-ticket custom projects ($20K+) Understanding of cabinet manufacturing or millwork processes Compensation & Growth $60K

• 65K base salary Uncapped commission (OTE $100K
