Job Duties:
Consult with clients to understand their kitchen needs and preferences. Provide project analysis to bring designs to life. Create detailed kitchen design plans and layouts using design software. Select appropriate materials, fixtures, and finishes for the kitchen design. Prepare cost estimates and budgets for kitchen projects. Coordinate with contractors, builders, and installation teams and suppliers to ensure project completion. Present design concepts and proposals to clients for approval. Stay updated on the latest kitchen design trends and technologies. Ensure designs comply with building codes and safety regulations. Manage timelines and schedules to meet project deadlines. Provide excellent customer service during all phases of the project and follow-up support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Architecture or related field and 2 years experience in the duties of the offered position.
