Our Pompano Beach location serves a discerning Florida clientele who expect expertise, precision, and a sales experience that feels personal — not transactional. We are growing, and we need someone who can work a showroom floor with confidence, translate client vision into compelling L2 and L3 kitchen and bath designs, and close. What You Will Own You are the client's first and best impression of this company. You own the showroom experience from walk-in to signed proposal. Showroom Sales & Client Experience Greet and qualify walk-in clients, converting showroom visits into active design consultations Lead design presentations that speak to the client's lifestyle, budget, and taste — not just product specs Follow up on leads, manage your pipeline, and close with confidence Build relationships deep enough that clients refer their neighbors Design Execution Produce L2 and L3 kitchen and bath designs using 2020 Design — floor plans, elevations, and finish selections that are presentation-ready and accurate Develop design concepts that balance client vision with budget reality Present designs in the showroom in a way that builds confidence and urgency Revise efficiently without losing the thread of what the client originally loved Showroom & Sales Operations Maintain accurate client records and follow-up activity in our project management system Track your pipeline, hit your targets, and flag obstacles early Keep your showroom area presentation-ready and product knowledge current Coordinate handoffs to the executing design team when projects move to construction phase What the Growth Path Looks Like Months 1-3: You know the product line, the process, and the client journey. You are closing independently. Months 4-6: You are managing a growing pipeline, your conversion rate is tracking, and clients are returning. Year 1+: You are a recognized face in the Pompano market. Referrals are coming to you by name. Year 2+: You are helping shape how we sell and potentially mentoring the next hire. What You Must Bring 2-4+ years of kitchen and bath design experience, showroom or retail design environment strongly preferred Demonstrated sales track record — you can show us numbers, not just tell us stories Proficiency in 2020 Design; this is non-negotiable Ability to produce L2 and L3 designs accurately and efficiently under showroom pace Strong interpersonal skills — you are warm, credible, and easy to trust Organized and self-directed; you do not need to be managed into your day What Will Make You Stand Out Bilingual in Spanish — a meaningful advantage in the South Florida market Experience with Houzz Pro or comparable CRM and project management tools Background in high-end cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, or luxury tile and stone A network of builders, realtors, or designers you can activate in the local market Experience working with imported or specialty product lines The Mindset That Belongs Here You are a closer who happens to be a designer.
