Coordinate design elements for specialized areas such as the children's room (including patio-adjacent interiors), training rooms, and wellness/gym space. Prepare detailed space plans, mood boards, renderings, and material specifications for executive review and approval. Oversee vendor selection, sourcing, ordering, and installation of furnishings and materials. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve design or installation issues. Ensure compliance with safety standards, accessibility requirements, and building regulations. Collaborate with leadership on future renovations, expansions, and office enhancements. Support approved off-site design projects for executive use, maintaining the same level of professionalism, discretion, and quality. Maintain organized records of plans, contracts, vendor agreements, and warranties.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field. 5+ years of professional interior design experience, preferably in corporate or commercial environments. Preferred Qualifications NCIDQ certification or progress toward certification. Experience designing high-volume sales or professional service environments. Knowledge of ADA compliance and workplace safety standards. Experience with executive or residential interior design projects. Familiarity with budget forecasting and cost control.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Primarily office-based with frequent movement throughout the facility. Regularly required to walk, stand, sit, bend, and lift light to moderate materials. Noise level is moderate to occasionally high in open office and sales areas. On-site position; not eligible for remote work. Standard business hours with flexibility required during installations, renovations, or project deadlines. Occasional local travel required for vendor meetings, showrooms, and approved off-site projects.
