You'll interact with beautiful artwork, luxury interiors, talented designers, and interesting clients while playing a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom Answer calls, emails, and customer inquiries Coordinate appointments, pickups, and deliveries Assist with design and framing consultations Follow up on leads, proposals, and client projects Manage CRM updates and order tracking Coordinate project timelines with our production team Support interior designers, galleries, and trade accounts Maintain a beautiful, organized showroom environment Help create a luxury experience for every client Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable speaking with clients, and takes pride in being highly organized.
