In this role, you will support the transformation of residential spaces to showcase their full potential, helping clients sell their homes faster and at higher value. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your interior design skills, work hands-on with staging projects, and collaborate with a creative team dedicated to elevating property presentation. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about interior aesthetics and home improvement. Duties Assist in preparing homes for staging by arranging furniture, decor, and accessories according to design plans Support the installation of staging elements in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with senior stagers to understand project requirements and execute design concepts effectively Manage inventory of furniture, artwork, and accessories, ensuring all items are organized and maintained Help with shopping for additional staging items as needed, adhering to project budgets and style guidelines Maintain a clean and safe work environment during setup and teardown processes Use design software such as SketchUp or AutoCAD to assist in space planning and layout visualization when required Requirements Basic knowledge of interior design principles, color theory, and space planning techniques Familiarity with design tools including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred Experience with drafting or CAD software such as Revit or Rhinoceros 3D is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Ability to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods during setup and teardown Prior experience in renovation, remodeling, construction, or lighting sales is advantageous but not required A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics Join us as a Part-Time Home Stager / Staging Assistant and be part of transforming spaces into captivating showcases that inspire buyers!
