Requirements Proven experience in window treatment sales, particularly with shades and interior shutters. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets through consultative selling techniques. Knowledge of various window treatment materials, styles, and installation methods. Excellent communication skills in order to clearly explain product features and benefits. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
