Our work spans residential architecture and interiors with a focus on timeless design, intentional detailing, and client-centered collaboration. We are a small, highly collaborative team that values curiosity, creativity, professionalism, and care in both our process and our relationships. We are seeking an Interior Designer with approximately 1-3 years of experience, though exceptional recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who is excited to grow within a collaborative studio environment and participate in projects from concept through installation. The Interior Designer will support the development of residential interior design projects through space planning, material selections, documentation, sourcing, client communication, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, design-minded, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute creatively while continuing to learn and develop professionally. Responsibilities Assist with interior design projects from discovery through construction and installation Develop design concepts, mood boards, finish palettes, and presentation materials Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, plumbing, and accessories Create drawings, elevations, and design documentation in CAD/Revit Support preparation of client presentations and material samples Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients Participate in site visits, measurements, installations, and project meetings Maintain organization of project materials, specifications, and selections Assist with procurement, tracking, and project administration tasks Contribute to studio culture, creative discussions, and collaborative problem solving Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field 1-3 years of professional experience preferred, though strong entry-level candidates are welcome Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines simultaneously Strong eye for detail, composition, materials, and styling Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate closely with a small team Expertise in drafting, CAD techniques, color theory, and interior design principles Ideal Candidate Traits Passionate about residential design and thoughtful spaces Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced studio environment Self-motivated and proactive Strong visual and verbal communication skills To Apply Please submit: Resume Portfolio Brief introduction about yourself and your interest in the role Describe your proficiency level with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Cloud We are excited to find someone who is eager to grow alongside our team and contribute meaningfully to the work we create together.
