This role is ideal for a creative, organized professional who enjoys guiding clients through the custom home design process and collaborating closely with construction and architectural teams. For more than 20 years, Bailey Weiler Homes has specialized in relationship-focused custom homebuilding, combining thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and exceptional client service. Responsibilities Guide clients through interior and exterior selections for custom homes and renovations Assist with selections including cabinetry, tile, flooring, lighting, millwork, furniture, and exterior finishes Create mood boards, presentations, and furniture plans Maintain organized finish schedules and selections documentation Coordinate with Architectural Designers, vendors, and trade partners Track selections against client budgets Visit active job sites to ensure design intent is being executed properly Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the design process Qualifications 5-8 years of residential interior design experience preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication and client presentation abilities Knowledge of residential construction materials and standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with Chief Architect and Materio is a plus What We're Looking For Design-focused with strong attention to detail Collaborative and team-oriented Self-motivated and organized Professional and client-focused Able to balance creativity with timelines and budgets Compensation & Benefits $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Company-matching retirement plan Medical spending account Schedule & Location This is a full-time hybrid position serving both Bloomington and Zionsville, Indiana.
