$20-$25/hour, depending on experience, plus commission (1% countertops, 2% Cambria, 2% cabinets). Quality Cabinet & Surface Studio, the design studio for our family of countertop and cabinet companies, is looking for a Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer. This is a customer-facing role for someone who loves helping homeowners bring a kitchen or bath project to life—and who takes pride in following through on every detail. Key Responsibilities Greet showroom visitors, answer phones, and schedule design appointments. Meet with customers to understand their needs and design cabinet layouts in 2020 Design. Prepare accurate quotes for cabinets, countertops, and the full room. Manage your leads through our CRM—from first contact to appointment, follow-up, and close—so nothing slips through the cracks. Keep customers informed as their job progresses, coordinating with production through Moraware. Request Google reviews from satisfied customers. Qualifications Some experience in kitchen/bath design, countertops, cabinetry, or a related sales role. Familiarity with 2020 Design (or strong willingness to learn). Strong attention to detail and comfort working within a defined sales process and CRM. Reliable follow-up matters here. Friendly, professional, customer-first attitude.
