Responsibilities Assist in developing interior design concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Revit, and SketchUp. Prepare detailed drawings and plans utilizing AutoCAD, Rhino 3D, and Drafting techniques to communicate design ideas clearly. Support project management tasks including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with vendors or contractors to ensure timely project delivery. Conduct site visits for renovation, remodeling, or construction projects to monitor progress and ensure design specifications are met. Collaborate on lighting design and lighting sales efforts by creating visualizations and specifications that enhance the overall aesthetic. Assist in selecting color schemes based on color theory principles and interior design best practices. Contribute to contract preparation, documentation, and review processes to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards. Skills Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D (3ds ), Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting, rendering, and presentation purposes. Strong understanding of interior design principles including space planning, color theory, lighting design, and remodeling techniques.
