Overview Join our dynamic team as a Kitchen Designer and unleash your creativity to craft stunning, functional kitchens that inspire. In this role, you will blend your passion for interior design, technical expertise, and sales acumen to deliver personalized solutions that exceed client expectations. Whether collaborating with clients on renovation projects or guiding them through high-end sales, you'll play a vital part in transforming spaces into beautiful, efficient environments. Responsibilities Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for kitchen remodeling and renovation projects. Develop detailed layout designs using tools like SketchUp and CAD software, incorporating lighting design and interior aesthetics. Present design concepts clearly to clients, highlighting features and benefits while upselling premium products and services. Conduct product demos and explain features of lighting, cabinetry, countertops, and other kitchen components to facilitate informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial design to installation. Manage customer accounts through effective communication skills, negotiation, and account management strategies to foster long-term relationships. Maintain organized records of sales activities, POS transactions, stock levels, and remodeling project details while ensuring excellent customer service at all touchpoints. Skills Proven experience in outside sales and inside sales within retail or high-end product environments. Proficiency in SketchUp, CAD software, and lighting design tools to create accurate layout plans. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to upsell products confidently. Knowledge of renovation processes, construction standards, and remodeling best practices. Multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively. Expertise in retail math, merchandising, marketing strategies, and POS systems to optimize sales performance. Exceptional organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service. Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
