We're looking for a Design Studio Associate to support our design team and help bring beautiful homes to life. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of creativity, project coordination, and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Support Design Projects Assist with paperwork, drawings, and data entry for model and spec homes across multiple communities. Prepare and distribute change orders related to product updates, design selections, and revisions. Support the design team with selections and design decisions for model and spec homes when needed. Review contracts and assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and project documentation. Create Great Client Experiences Pull and organize selections for agent and buyer appointments. Conduct Trend Home selection appointments as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners, agents, and team members. Keep Our Design Studios Inspiring Help curate and maintain design materials, finishes, and products offered in our Design Studios. Ensure Design Studio displays remain organized, current, and visually appealing. Photograph and update model and spec home selections for MLS listings. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Kentucky driver's license. Strong interest in interior design, home design, architecture, or related creative fields. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team. Proficient with technology and data entry. Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Occasional evenings or overtime may be required based on business needs. Dress Code Business casual or professional attire.
