You'll play a key role in keeping projects on track—managing samples, vendor communication, and documentation while learning the foundations of design execution in a boutique, hands-on environment. Responsibilities Assist designers with material sourcing, sample organization, and vendor outreach. Track purchase orders, deliveries, and project schedules to ensure smooth execution. Prepare and organize client presentations and documentation. Maintain the materials library and project archives. Support on-site installations, photoshoots, and client meetings. Liaise with showrooms, fabricators, and contractors to gather and track information. Provide general administrative and project support to the design team. Experience 1-3 years of experience in a design or project coordination role preferred. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Strong experience in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, and InDesign Knowledge of design process - FF&E, specifications, finish, and material selections Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic studio environment. Proficiency in Cloud Based Systems such as OneDrive and Dropbox. Enthusiastic, resourceful, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.

From $55,000.00 per year
