Position Overview:
We're looking for a talented, self-motivated Interior Designer who can confidently manage portions of projects while collaborating closely with the Principal Designer and senior team members. This role offers the opportunity to expand your creative skill set while working on sophisticated, high-end residential projects from concept through installation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed drawings, specifications, and presentation materials.
  • Support the Principal and senior designers to develop design concepts, materials palettes, and furniture plans.
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
  • Manage sourcing, purchasing, and project budgets for assigned spaces.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and installations.
  • Oversee junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
  • Maintain clear communication across the design team to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications:
  • 3-6 years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience managing project deliverables and client expectations.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
