For over 40 years, our team has created thoughtful environments inspired by craftsmanship, culture, and a deep respect for place. We are seeking a Junior Interior Designer who is eager to build a career—not simply gain another line on a résumé. This position is ideal for someone who: Is curious and eager to learn Takes ownership of their work Follows through on commitments Welcomes constructive feedback Appreciates collaboration and teamwork Has a genuine passion for design and the built environment You will work directly with senior designers and project leaders on a wide variety of residential, hospitality, and specialty projects. This role offers significant mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities Assist with design development and presentations Produce drawings and construction documents Support material and furniture selections Participate in client and project meetings Coordinate with consultants and vendors Contribute to a collaborative studio environment Qualifications Degree in Interior Design or related field Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in industry-standard design software Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines Desire to grow professionally within a team-oriented practice What We Value Technical skills can be taught.
