Job Description

Kitchen & Bath Design Specialist (Part-Time to Full-Time) Cabinet Design Co. | Saco, Maine Cabinet Design Co. is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen & Bath Design Specialist to join our growing team. This position has the potential to grow from part-time to full-time for the right candidate.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Compensation will be based on sales performance, project volume, and overall contribution to the growth of the company.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in kitchen and bath design Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects and design capabilities Proficiency in 2020 Design Software Knowledge of current and upcoming design trends, materials, and cabinetry products Excellent client communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and professional
Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget Design kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, offices, bars, closets, and other custom cabinetry spaces Create detailed designs and renderings using 2020 Design Prepare quotes, specifications, and product selections Follow up with leads, clients, builders, and contractors throughout the design and ordering process Manage emails, client communications, and project timelines Assist with showroom organization and product displays Participate in marketing efforts, networking events, and social media content creation Stay current on industry trends, products, and innovations

We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, driven to succeed, and excited to help grow a luxury cabinetry and design brand. The ideal candidate is highly organized, motivated, client-focused, and comfortable managing their own schedule while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
