Collaborate with clients, including homeowners and builders, to build strong relationships and understand their needs. Manage the design and sales process from start to finish, including: Initial consultations Site analysis and measurements Planning and designing spaces Assisting with purchases and order management Coordinating installation Conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction Consistently deliver exceptional customer service while meeting project timelines and sales targets.
