Senior Designer - Grand Rapids

Senior Designer We're seeking a Senior Designer with a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and proven leadership experience to join a collaborative, high-performing architectural and interior design team. This role offers the opportunity to work across all phases of design and construction, leading interior architecture and design efforts on a diverse range of project types including high-end residential, K-12 education, and healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead interior design and architectural projects through all project phases—from concept and schematic design to construction documentation and administration Develop and present design concepts, detailing, and specifications with a strong emphasis on millwork, lighting, and high-quality finishes Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project vision, timelines, and budgets are met Produce technical documentation in Revit, including detailed drawings, interior elevations, millwork, and finish schedules Create compelling visual presentations using SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe InDesign Manage consultant coordination, client communications, and project deliverables Source FF&E, develop furniture layouts, and assist in preparing bids and budgets Conduct site visits, document field conditions, and oversee design implementation during construction

Qualifications:
