Position Overview As a Kitchen & Bath Designer, you will work directly with customers to design, remodel, or update their kitchen or bathroom spaces. You'll guide clients through every step — from initial consultation to final project completion — helping them select materials, colors, layouts, and finishes that bring their dream spaces to life. Using industry-leading software, you'll create detailed plans and manage projects from concept to completion. Primary Responsibilities Design custom kitchen and bathroom projects using 20/20 Design Software . Prepare accurate quotes and manage the full ordering and procurement process. Oversee projects from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other trades. Maintain accurate pricing, merchandising, and showroom displays for the Kitchen & Bath department. Keep projects on budget while proactively suggesting value-added accessories and upgrades. Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and networking. Stay current on product offerings, new materials, and special-order options. Keep the showroom organized, visually appealing, and up-to-date. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Kitchen & Bath design. Proficiency with 20/20 Design Software (required). Strong ability to take projects from concept to completion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
