Interior Design Project Manager

  Project Manager (Multifamily Housing/Residential Remodel)
• Job Summary
• The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, procurement, and execution of interior design projects for multifamily/ residential developments.

This role manages all phases of the building process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations, brand standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Key Responsibilities
• Project Management
• Coordinate projects from concept through completion for multifamily developments (apartments, condos, mixed-use properties) and residential remodels
• Develop project schedules, estimates, and scope of work
• Coordinate with architects, developers, contractors, and designers
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks or delays
• Work with THR team on direction, including space planning, finishes, and material selections
• Construction Administration
• Collaborate with construction project managers during construction and installation phases
• Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is executed properly
• Work closely with subcontractors on budgets and timelines
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards (e.g., ADA), and safety regulations
• Maintain quality control across all project deliverables
• Qualifications
• A 2-year associate's degree is required
• 3+ years of experience in construction, with a focus on multifamily or residential projects
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in reading construction documents, estimating software, Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Work Environment
• Combination of office and on-site visits to construction locations
• Some travel is required
