Job Description
INTERIOR DESIGN / SALES SPECIALIST
We are seeking an Interior Design / Sales Specialist to join the QW team! At QW, your primary role will be to utilize your design talent to help customers find the perfect furniture for their home. Other responsibilities will include showroom display design, sales support projects, website maintenance assistance, and a variety of other sales and design related projects. A top-notch sales team is of utmost importance and you will be encouraged to utilize your creative energy and talent. We are a local, family owned company looking for an energetic and outgoing person to fill this exciting role. While retail sales experience, and/or design experience is preferred. Our sales team members are not compensated via direct commission. We utilize a sales commission share program that allows all of our team to work in lockstep together. And, our commission share program allows all our staff to reap the rewards of a busy and successful month and allows for 'upside' compensation potential.RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with customers on the showroom floor / phone / email / webchat Showroom Display Design and Decorating Maintain sales tools and records Assist in Office Duties Assist in website maintenanceQUALIFICATIONS
Interior Design Skills Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient with computers and technology Sales experience helpful Bachelors level education desiredBENEFITS

Full time preferred (40 hours) | Open to part time arrangements Set schedule every week Schedule will include Saturdays & a day off during the week Holiday time off (we are closed on Major Holidays) Every Sunday off (closed) All Evenings off (closed by 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on Saturdays)Benefit Conditions:
