Kitchen & Bath Designer (Design & Sales) LineCraft Cabinetry $40K•45K Salary + Commissions, 1st year potential of $50K•60

8 AM•5 PM (M-F) LineCraft Cabinetry is expanding, and we're looking for a driven, creative, and client-focused Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. At LineCraft, we specialize in high-quality cabinetry solutions designed for builders, contractors, designers who expect both durability and refined aesthetics. This role blends design expertise, consultative sales, and leadership opportunity within a fast-growing cabinetry brand. Position Overview The Kitchen & Bath Designer will manage projects from initial consultation through final sale coordination while supporting showroom sales and client experience. You'll play a key role in strengthening LineCraft's reputation for premium design, precision, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Design & Client Experience Lead kitchen, bath, and storage design projects from consultation through installation Create functional, efficient layouts that maximize space, aesthetics, and budget Develop professional design presentations, renderings, and detailed selections Guide clients through cabinetry styles, finishes, accessories, and upgrades Deliver a polished, high-touch customer experience aligned with LineCraft standards Sales & Business Development Conduct showroom consultations and convert walk-ins into active design projects Prepare quotes, and revisions to move projects toward closing Suggest premium finishes, accessories, and value-enhancing options Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, and referral partners Support overall showroom presentation and brand image Project Execution & Coordination Follow LineCraft's structured design and ordering workflow Ensure measurement accuracy and order precision Coordinate with vendors, warehouse team, and installers Maintain project timelines and client communication Ensure every project reflects LineCraft's commitment to quality Qualifications Kitchen & bath design experience preferred (showroom or remodeling environment) Strong space planning and layout problem-solving ability Experience balancing creativity with budget and functionality Comfortable with consultative sales and closing projects Experience with design software ( 2020 , ProKitchen ) preferred Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented, organized, and accountable Bilingual English/Spanish required What We Offer Competitive base compensation + commission/bonus structure A modern showroom and growing warehouse operation Strong product lines and premium cabinetry offerings Clear path toward senior designer or leadership roles Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding cabinetry brand Ideal Candidate Passionate about kitchen and bath design Naturally consultative and relationship-driven Self-motivated with ownership mindset Excited to contribute to a growing company with long-term vision Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment LineCraft Cabinetry is building something long-term.
