Our design team will expertly achieve designs that seamlessly function for our client's and their families. Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Interior Designer to bring creative visions to life and transform spaces into functional, aesthetically pleasing environments. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to develop design concepts that align with client needs and project specifications. Your expertise will help shape inspiring interiors across residential, commercial, or hospitality sectors, ensuring every detail reflects quality, style, and purpose. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate designers eager to make a tangible impact through their artistry and technical skills. Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using industry-standard software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite. Create detailed drawings, plans, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas clearly to clients and team members. Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting solutions, and furnishings that enhance aesthetics while adhering to budgets and project timelines. Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept through construction, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met. Prepare detailed specifications, contracts, and procurement documents; coordinate with vendors for lighting sales, remodeling supplies, and construction materials. Oversee renovation and remodeling projects by collaborating with contractors and ensuring designs are executed accurately on-site. Monitor project budgets and schedules diligently while maintaining clear communication with clients regarding progress and adjustments. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of design, project management, and client communication Strong sense of thoroughness with the ability to oversee projects from initial concept through final installation High level of diligence in managing timelines, sourcing materials, coordinating vendors, and ensuring project accuracy Scrupulous approach to design execution, measurements, budgeting, and maintaining quality standards Ability to create cohesive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces tailored to client needs Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with clients, contractors, vendors, and team members Ability to travel to job sites throughout Ocean, Monmouth, Morris, and surrounding counties as needed Proficiency in space planning, furniture layouts, material selection, color coordination, and styling Knowledge of current interior design trends, construction processes, and industry standards Ability to problem-solve quickly and professionally while maintaining a high standard of work Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team Strong commitment to delivering a polished final product and exceptional client experience Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or similar programs preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for travel to client sites and vendor locations

$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
