Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Showroom Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our tile and interior design showroom. This role involves administrative support, customer service, and order coordination in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with clients, designers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative & Order Support Manage and maintain records, invoices, and purchase orders Organize and track incoming and special orders, ensuring timely follow-ups Tag and label orders arriving in the warehouse Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with vendors Maintain office supplies and showroom materials 2. Customer Service Greet and assist customers in the showroom with general inquiries and re-orders Answer phone calls and emails, directing them to appropriate team members Provide updates on order status Maintain a welcoming and professional showroom environment 3. Showroom & Team Coordination Coordinate with warehouse and design team to ensure smooth order processing Assist with client add-ons and order updates Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and sample displays Support overall daily showroom operations
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or customer service experience (design/showroom experience a plus) Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); QuickBooks a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time:
Approximately 24-32 hours per week Must be available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Saturdays Day shifts ending approximately 6:00-7:00
PM Pay:
